Balance Systems
Balance Systems was established in 1975, when Mr. Gianni Trionfetti,
current Chairman, set up GT Elettronica – artisan firm
made up of a group of experts in electronics, software and
mechanics – with the purpose to produce, through design,
manufacture, sale and after-sale assistance, the best solutions
to balancing requirements of rotating bodies both during working
and during their manufacturing process in order to bring vibrations
back within normal tolerances and to ensure a constant quality
level.
During the following years the company has evolved, and changed
its style in Balance Systems S.r.l. thus actually consolidating
its presence into two competence areas that currently identifies
the company offer: automatic, semiautomatic and manual machines
employed in the electronic final tests and in the balancing
of armatures and rotating bodies, and measurement and auxiliary
control systems for machine tools.
The market
Customers mainly belong to electric motors industry, car industry,
aeronautics, railway sector and their suppliers; there
are also fan and turbocompressors manufacturers; grinding
machines, spindles and tool-holders, bearing and dies manufacturers
and precision mechanical workshops.
An important reality
The company – with headoffice and manufacturing site
at Pessano con Bornago (Milan), in a property building having
a covered area of 5,500 m², where 80 employees work –
is today the leader in the sector that can directly develop
complete cycle products: from the design to engineering and
from manufacture to marketing and after-sale assistance.
The distribution and service to customers are ensured in the
various industrialised countries through direct
offices in Italy, France, Germany, USA and a representative
network. More than 80% of the production is exported and currently
more than 10,000 auxiliary systems and more than 1,000 balancing
machines are operating all over the world.
The company mission to manufacture high-tech products, suitable
to meet the specific requirements of each application, is
supported by a technical and design structure composed by
two groups: one dedicated to the research and development
in mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, firmware and hardware
and the other dedicated to the satisfaction of the individual
orders.
The industrial organisation avails itself of suppliers to
co-design and
manufacture material and semi-finished products such as mechanical
components, mechanical machining and assembly, cabling and
electric assembly, electronic assembly, treatments, etc.,
while the final manufacturing steps are carried out inside
the company, such as final assemblies, final tests and settings,
packing and shipment, installation at the customer or user
site.
A high-tech production
Production is devoted to innovation and to the research of
the best high-tech solution. The company has a relatively
small size, but it is performing and flexible and relies on
the efficient and 'genuine' supply, operating according to
method that allow to match the customer satisfaction with
the lowest cost.
Fairness to be competitive
The company philosophy is based on sound principles aimed
at reaching the maximum customer satisfaction, with whom the
company tends to share the advantages deriving from the innovation
of its products and processes.
Indeed an ethic, constructive and transparent behaviour is
essential to establish a long-term relationship.
