Balance Systems uses its milestones of the modular concept, that allows every customer to tailor made his own solution just by matching different features. Every element can be freely chosen during the quotation process in order to provide users with a custom-built machine, without an additional increase in costs or lead-time lengthening. Features includes:
- Level of automation (semi-automatic, fully-automatic)
- 1, 2 or 3 spindle interpolation axis (depending on the correction type chosen)
- Correction type (material addition or removal)
- Balancing method (1 or 2 plane balancing)
- Precision (up to 0.01 g mm / 0.009 oz in)*
